Pricing questions, answered.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay the per-transaction rate for your plan, the monthly fee if you're on Growth, and $15 for a dispute (refunded if you win). International cards add 1%. That's it.
Do you hold reserves on my funds?
Most accounts have no reserve. If your business model calls for one, such as very large pre-sales for programs that start months later, we'll agree it with you in writing before you go live. Never as a surprise.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade before a big launch, or move to Scale once you're processing more than $100k a month. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
Do payment plans cost extra?
No. Each installment is charged at your normal card rate. There's no extra fee for offering plans or for our smart retries.
What does "interchange-plus" mean?
You pay the actual cost the card networks charge, plus a small fixed markup. It's the most transparent pricing model and usually the lowest cost at higher volumes.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Never on Starter or Growth. Scale plans can include custom terms if you choose locked-in pricing.
